understands that our customers want to receive their orders in a timely fashion.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. What carriers do you ship with? NYFragrance Service ships with UPS or the United
States Postal Service. NYFragrance Service reserves the right to determine the
best method of shipping to your destination. We always use a method in which
delivery can be confirmed. Orders over $150.00 will be sent with Signature
Confirmation Required.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Our website will begin once again to accept international orders to select countries. Only those countries which have been approved will enable the calculation of shipping costs. Those international countries not yet approved will not provide calculation of appropriate shipping. International orders will ship via USPS. Payment MUST BE MADE using PAYPAL. We reserve the right to cancel any order which we are unable to make the necessary verifications.
3. Do you ship to APO or FPO? Yes, NYFragrance Service ships to Military Mail
addresses via USPS. However, an additional $5.00 will be charged at the time of
shipping for Handling & Insurance.
4. Do you allow different shipping address? Yes, you may request an alternate
shipping address in the US, however, we are unable to accept multiple ship-to
addresses on one order. Multiple ship-to addresses need to be processed on
separate orders.
**Please note that on orders
where the shipping address is different from billing address, our policy
requires additional security measures & pocessing time. This process will
delay your order. NYFragrance Service reserves the right to cancel any orders
which insufficient verification has been provided.
5. How long will it take for you to ship my order?
NYFragrance Service asks that you allow up to 2 business days for payment
verification & order processing, before orders are shipped. However, most of
our orders ship within one business day.
All orders placed after 12:00
pm EST (09:00 AM PST) on any given business day will be processed on the
following business day:

6. What happens if the address I gave was incorrect or I refused the package? If a
package was returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refused, you will
not be refunded the shipping charges and your credit will reflect the actual
shipping charges billed to us for the shipment. Furthermore, refusals will be
charged an additional 15% Restocking Fee. If you wish to re-ship your order, you
will be additionally charged the actual shipping cost of the order and not NYFragrance Online Shipping Cost.
7. What happens if I dont like and I dont want the item I purchased? If you wish to
return an item due to Buyers Remorse of any kind, you will be required to follow
th Return procedures below. You will need to ship the return at your expense and
you will only be refunded the cost of the items and not the shipping charges.
Items not in their original condition, opened or used, will also be assessed an
additional 20% Restocking Fee.
Return Authorization Number: Please email to support(@)nyfragranceservice.com providing us with the order number and a brief description of the problem.
Please provide a day time phone number and an active email address where a customer service representative
can contact you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the RMA Shipping Form.
Complete this form and enclose it with your returned goods.Please note that the whole package has to be
returned to us for inspection. Include the RMA number (authorization) when completing the RMA Shipping form.
Returns are processed within 72 hours of receipt.

CREDITS/REFUNDS Credits for Returned Merchandise
will be issued within 5 days of receipt of returned merchandise and its
inspection.If the item was purchased by credit card, the credit will be issued
against that card.If payment was made by Money Order, than a credit will be
issued to your NYFragranceService.com account for future use.
-All credits issued will be
based on actual product price paid.
-You will be notified by email
once your credit has been issued.
